Refund Policy:

Bon Voyage Cruises, Inc., acts as an agent for the various cruise lines and, therefore, does not impose refund or cancellation fees separate from those of the cruise lines. Each cruise line has its own refund and cancellation policy. Please review the general information section in the brochure for the cruise line of your choice for their specific refund and cancellation policy. Note that early cancellation of your travel after you have booked and made a deposit may result in fees that effect the amount of any refund you are due. For this reason, Bon Voyage Cruises, Inc., strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance as part of your package.

Cancellation Policy:

1. A client who cancels their cruise must do so in writing. They must include their full name, reservation number, sailing date, ship and cruise line. The cancellation request must also be signed and dated by an adult (21 years or older) whose name appears on the booking.

2. They may fax the request to Bon Voyage Cruises, Inc., at 417.667.9732 or mail the request to us at Bon Voyage Cruises, Inc., PO Box 481, Nevada, MO 64772. E-mail cancellation requests are no longer permitted.

3. Whether a client faxes or sends the cancellation request by U.S. mail, the date Bon Voyage Cruises, Inc., receives it during normal business hours is when it will be cancelled. Bon Voyage Cruises, Inc., is not responsible if the cancellation penalties go to the next phase because a client did not get the cancellation request to us in time or sent it on a weekend.

4. It is the responsibility of the client to follow-up by telephone at 417.667.2469 to be sure that their cancellation request was received.
