Each has completed an extensive curriculum of cruise training, conducted many ship inspections and experienced a variety of cruises to earn the rank of Accredited Cruise Counsellor. Some agents go on to pursue even more advanced cruise training and experience, to become Master Cruise Counsellors.

Only CLIA Certified Cruise Counsellors may display the CLIA Accredited or Master Cruise Counsellor certificate. If you're not sure, ask to see the certificate.
